The C14 Ultegra is a new product for 2011. Using their specialist knowledge of lightweight synthetic materials used in the cycling industry, Shimano have come up with this lightweight but very sturdy Big Pit reel. The body is made out of a state of the art new synthetic material which Shimano says is just as strong as a conventional metal body but nearly 20% lighter in weight.
